Monitoring black-crested gibbons in the Biluo mountains

On October 22, during a field expedition to Yunlong County by domestic and foreign experts attending the 6th Asian Primate Conference and the 5th Indochina Peninsula Primate Conservation Symposium, Yunlong County officially announced to the public: Dali University's Eastern Himalaya Research Institute captured infrared images of western black-crested gibbons at Caojian Forest Farm in Yunlong County, confirming that the species is the western black-crested gibbon Yunnan subspecies.
